Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bros. Bagels

Staff is always friendly. Went through drive thru to get my wife a coffee and got a large caramel high rise. Didn't notice until it was too late that it wasn't even 3/4 full. Should have checked because it's happened before.

Employees were nice and friendly but the work area was very dirty and unsanitary.

Yeah it has atmosphere, yes it has food, if you could call it that, don’t drive your bike through the drive through, trust me

We went into the Store to order our drinks. The one who took our order was very friendly. Ordered a Cold brew with sugar free vanilla and a medium mocha.. waited awhile because it was busy. Got the one drink but not the 2nd. When I asked about the mocha they said oops must have missed and will make it now. When I got out into the car and on the road it turned out it was not a mocha. Plain coffee. Huge dissapointment and not able to turn around.

I waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru on Saturday morning. No big deal- but when I got my drink the espresso tasted so bitter like it wasn’t mixed with something right away and sat out. I threw my drink out- and I am used to strong coffee. As a former barista it made me sad : the service was good but I did not have time to ask for a new drink
