Love same club! The ability to ring my stuff up with my phone as I shop, then just breeze out the door can’t be beat! Plus their return policy is A+! The fresh sushi is amazing and watching them make it is fun!

I love the scan and go app!! It makes shopping so convenient on a busy Saturday, NO WAITING IN LINE!!!! Thank you Sam's Club!

New Update: 8/2022: I buy all my gas at Costco - Top Tier and 4% on the Costco Card if you are a Gold Star member using their Citi Card. Very few waits there, and same price. I still like and USE Scan & Go at Sam's Why doesn't everyone, it's SO easy? I almost laugh when I see people standing in line to check out. You don't have to do that. Just use your cell phone and the app to scan your products as you put them in the cart.. Swipe to pay, and leave without any wait. Sam's is still way behind on any organic foods. One * Star there. It's fairly clear to me that they are catering to people who want cheaper prices and don't care so much about ingredients. The evidence of that is the fact that Lays Corporation has taken over all of the chip department. Very few healthy choices, but I suppose it's the stuff that kids love. To be honest, I don't have to worry THAT much about the price differences. I'd go for the organic anytime even if it costs more, but I know many people have to be a lot more careful. Sams is probably a good place for that. Old update...Feb 2022 - The gas station is always a hassle, wait in line, routed left for left fill vehicles, but some pumps aren't used since you have to ignore their route plan to get there. It's really a stupid gas station setup. In the club, Scan & Go is great, no more waiting at checkout, ***** five stars for that, but less due to the fact that they are way behind in organic foods! Costco does it better. AND 2022, STILL behind, if not worse.

I picked up a double pair of leather work gloves that were to be on sale for around 16 from 21 dollars. When checking out they came up as the higher price. Sam's needs to price check there items that are on sale.

Always clean. Employees are helpful. Prices are great. Churros are bomb. Hotdog combo same price as it was when I was a child. I love it.

Gross gross gross! We shop here ALL the time for everything. Clothes, animal supplies, food, pharmacy. Get something from every part of the store! On more than one occasion I've bought the big bakery muffins. They are a favorite! Breakfast or snack staple in this house. Almost everytime we get the muffins there's one or more that the top has a gooey top. It's not cooked right. And you can't tell from looking at the top if they aren't cooked right. Waiting almost 3 hours for our tire rotation. This is the worst place to buy tires. Save your money and go elsewhere. Will not be renewing our business membership because the extra long time to get tires rotated. Plus they don't have anyone answering calls unless the employee is at the counter.

Alot of items were out. The last 3 times I bought The iceberg Lettuce I got home and not even 3 days later it was slimy even though it wasn't close to being outdated . Lately they have been out of the smoked turkey lunch meat.

To be completely honest, the store magnificent condition and extremely clean! But the team members were quite rude and extremely displeasing. I asked one team member at the service counter a question. After standing in line alone for about 3 minutes while she was on her phone… I asked can I please reprint a card. She snapped back saying to use my app. I let her know my cell was dead and couldn’t. She then called a younger woman over, and proceeded to tell her to help me. I asked her name and she simply walked off!! I will gladly never in life walk into this store again!

Ordered our cupcakes from the bakery, did buttercream frosting in 3 colors gray, white & purple they looked & tasted great. Really happy with the price too.
