"We were born and raised in Manchester, England and we are delighted to offer British Style Fish & Chips with an Organic Twist.Everything is made from scratch and we only use Organic Potatoes and Wild Caught Fish. The batter is made following our great grandmother’s recipe and it’s super light and crispy.We also serve chicken pies, steak pies, battered sausage, kids meals, Lancashire Fish Cakes mushy peas and gravy. We import a range of British Pop and also serve Kilkenny and Guinness. All food is served on china and we make a ‘real’ cup of tea using a kettle and china teapots and cups."

The fish was excellent, their tarter sauce was most excellent. I had fries with gravy and that was very good aswell. I only had one issue that the pricing was a little higher then I thought it should be for one piece of fish. For two people 1 fish and chips, 1 fish and 2 coleslaw, 2 pops plus tip was over 60.00. I would recommend going and eating there it was well worth the trip.

We tried the Calgary location a few years ago and were very pleased with the food. When we discovered another location in Okotoks we decided to stop by for lunch and get some fish and chips.  We got one serving of haddock and one of cod. Though the chips were as we remembered the fish was disappointing.  I enjoyed the haddock more than the cod whereas my wife, ever the contrarian, favoured the cod more.  What might be a bit of a shock is the smallish portion provided for your $20 in Canadian currency. Larger appetites might prepare themselves to add a few additional sides to their meal. Luckily we opted for that and had added coleslaw to our order. It was light, creamy and delicious.  The folks manning the restaurant were pleasant enough and greeted us kindly upon arrival.  We may return in the future but that has more to do with other available offerings and if this location is even open when we're around as they have limited open days as you'll see on their web page.  Parking: Parking was a bit difficult as they only have street parking available. Look at the location on the map and find yourself a spot nearby.

We’ve been eating here and at the other since they opened and have always been happy with the food and service until last week. We went in an hour before closing and felt like we were served the ‘ends’ of the food. Mushy peas were dry and cold. The chips were reheated so looked over cooked yet not hot. The waitress dropped some of the food items so we got chips with gravy already on and the remaining half a pot of gravy on the side. Not sure if my pie had also been dropped but it was broken up. It was also luke warm and dry. The kettle was not reboiled so the tea was also luke warm. Really bad service although polite and food terrible. Sorry!

We were looking forward to it but found it disappointing.  It was expensive for what we got, the fish was over cooked and the chips were mushy.  I had steak pie which was very bland.  The waitress was very nice and friendly

The best fish n chips I’ve found in Alberta so far. They even serve homemade mushy peas and battered sausage! Very nice atmosphere and the batter is light and includes a gluten free option on the fish. The hand cut fries are perfect and fresh.

Went for lunch on a Saturday, had the fish n chips, with coleslaw... everything was fresh, the coleslaw was so so good! The fish was perfectly breaded and cooked. The fries left a little to be desired they need to be crunchier.. The waitress was really nice, very enjoyable.  The inside of the restaurant needs a good degreasing.. The floors and doors all need professional cleaning... Literally black and sticky...yeesh my shoes stuck to the floor.

My friend and I had lunch here on Tuesday. The piece of cod fish was of ample size and very tasty. The curry sauce was typical English curry but did taste a little bit water l down compared to what I'm used to in Scotland. The service was great.

A wonderful little place on the main Street of Okotoks. One of the owners at least we thought it was came out and had quite a delighted conversation about the downtown Okotoks event today. The fish and chips were amazing and replicated what you get in England.  A very positive experience. A cozy place with super friendly staff and will definitely return.

Our favourite place in Okotoks to dine for fish and chips. Without a doubt the best chips. I’m sure my doctor wouldn’t care for the amount of salt I add but it is worth it. The service is top drawer as well.

Chips were burnt, sausage didn't taste like British sausage from the chippy like it had been pulled straight from the freezer and very expensive. Won't be going back. Picture of my daughter's food!
