The best customer service experience we have ever had from Maria and Kathryn. No pressure from sales, very efficient and welcoming staff. We had just moved to Grande Prarie and they made the process so much easier for us. Will definitely be going back to this location for any furniture needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Got a nice couch from The Brick in Grande Prairie and it looks gorgeous, Heena Angral helped us a lot on getting it the same day and she made sure it was wrapped out and good to go for us! We recently visited the Grande Prairie store to purchase new appliances and were lucky to meet Derrick. What a fantastic salesperson he is. Accommodating, knowledgeable and truly values his customers. We also had the privilege to have AJ help as well and again super customer service skills. Without a doubt this location has extremely great employees can’t thank them enough.

Blown away by the customer service! I have not seen service like this in ages! Thank you so much to Derrick for making bed shopping quick, simple and affordable! Amazing service my friend! Thank you! We came in for 6 kitchen table chairs. Heena had helped us, and made sure we got just what we came for. She was very friendly, quick to help, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We also purchased additional protection for the chairs. Top notch experience at The Brick, as usual.

Immediately after submitting a review with concerns over a warranty claim The Brick contacted me and it was forwarded to the GP staff. The lovely employee, John Carter, promptly responded and looked up the history and discovered that the warranty claim was completed and the parts were shipped directly to my family, however the delivery never made it. He worked his magic and found parts immediately and was fantastic to deal with.

When we walked into the store we were met by Derrick. He was so knowledgeable and presented us with several options of the style of furniture we were looking for. I highly recommend Derrick, he was so helpful.  Edit: when we purchased our furniture in July we were told we would have our furniture by September, we just received a call saying it won’t be here until December now due to short staff. Just be aware you may be waiting for 6 months or more for furniture to arrive. Very dissatisfied with the wait time especially it being pushed back longer.

Felt like an unpleasant experience.  The sales associate was not very friendly.  Seemed upset that we were taking our time making a decision.  Did not smile once.  Looked liked they just wanted to make the sale.  I felt unhappy.  There was a bad vibe.   If it wasn't because we had to use up a warranty credit.  We would have gone somewhere else.   I would not shop there again.  At least not with that sales associate.

We bought out new mattress this past week and Lana made our experience at the brick an absolute breeze!!! She was absolutely amazing! We would definitely buy from her again!
