I have been using this store for years and years and have never had any issue other than the odd time waiting in line. Their staff have been helpful and pleasant. The bad reviews are probably from someone who was mad that their bill was too high and went there to get it fixed when the people instore can't do anything about that.

The chicks that work in the mall at bell are lazy and rude!! Don't give them any business.. go to The Source in the mall. Don't waste time on those lazy ass bitches
