I never leave a hotel room without stripping the bed and cleaning up after myself. Upon stripping the pillows I saw that the pillow case was very discoloured = dirty. I was really disgusted by this as it's very simple to wash a pillow and there is no excuse but pure laziness. We stayed here for one night only in the King Cartier room. I had ordered a extra package as it was my partners bierhday, but the staff kept wishing us a happy anniversary which was a tad uncomfortable. At $250/nigh plus taxes I was disappointed to find that the jacuzzi tub didn't have a working plug. I had to hold it down until the tub was half full before it stayed on it's own. It's a nice inn, but nothing really made my experience so wonderful that I would return. The restaurant was good, with a great local beer selection, but it's right on a extremely busy road that had cars rushing by during dinner. All the staff were very nice and welcoming, but I can't get over the pillows. I will not be returning or recommending this place.

Great atmosphere, good choices for a Pub menu, friendly staff. Priced were reasonable too. Food service was a little slow and it wasn't packed so that was the only real bad part to this visit.

The owner has no respect for his staff, just fired all his waitresses at the Drayton Chop House because they request management not take part in their tip pool. I would not recommend supporting this type of business.
