Croissants are fresh and very tasty. After the first bite, you just wouldn't help to finish them. My favorite is the blueberry croissant. Never tasted something like this in other cities. The 10 layers chocolate cake also highly recommended. It would be your best coffee mate for your afternoon. Not too sweet like those you would get from other bakeries. The overall experience is great.

One of my favorite places for croissants in downtown. Their coffee and drinks selection is amazing, some options you won't find anywhere else. Always fresh and delicious desserts. I'm highly recommending this bakery/coffee shop to visit everyone, even if you are not into that kind of stuff.

Bakery’s atmosphere is a great quality vibe when you enter. Croissants were the highlight of my visit! Fresh and filled with filling on the inside. The cheese baguette I would only recommend when it’s fresh out and warm.

I have had a weird experience with Black Sheep Patisserie in that whenever I went by, their hours and mine didn't connect. So imagine my delight when our paths aligned! Oh wow!! The pastries are so decadent and I decided to have one after workout delightful 'mini-cake'. Out of this world! These morsels don't come cheap, yet their flavour, texture and pure deliciousness shines through and it is worth ever penny. Additionally, the offer a variety of coffee blends as well as internet. So why not sit, enjoy a hot or cold beverage and a sweet delicacy over a lovely conversation or a solo trip. Bon appetite!

Used to be our “go to” patisserie in Calgary, for the exceptional European quality and great ingredients. Even though it doesn’t taste the same, pastry isn’t flaky and crunchy from freshness and technique anymore and it’s quite dry. Prices, portions and quality has changed. Would love to see the better stuff back! :

A cappuccino that stands out among all others in Calgary. I seriously cannot tell the difference of a latte, cappuccino, flat white in the other coffee shops, but here the differences and precision is as stark and beautiful as their pastries. They really do everything perfectly here, including the service. I wish they had a little oven for Mondays to heat up the pastries because it makes a difference but I still want to give ten stars. Edit:Do the praline in cappuccino form. Deadly good

Just walking by and I saw a French bakery and of course I had to try. I ordered a pistachio based on sweet and it was delicious. I also ordered two different croissant that I didn’t like that much bc of the filling which was sweet for my taste.

The best croissants I’ve ever had! A little expensive but that’s to be expected cause of the quality you’re getting. The outside is perfectly crispy and the inside is very soft and moist and airy. I got a regular butter croissant and a raspberry croissant. The raspberry croissant is also the best flavoured croissant I’ve ever had, I really enjoyed the balance of sweet and sour from the raspberry jam filling and the texture of the croissant was very enjoyable too. The guy working there was very nice and explained how everything worked here as it was our first time here.

I would give 5 stars and more to the goodies I got, and give negative stars for the customer service I got today. It was my very first trip to the store today, while placing an order, in the middle of speaking with the store representative, this Asian lady came, and interrupted, and asked for something. Instead of telling her to wait, the representative told me to wait, and went to help her, and came back after finishing her transaction. Like seriously! I would have appreciated if she would have told her to wait until she is done with us. I will definitely go back for the treats, but not for the bad customer service I got. Kindly know that, I saw her coming in when I was placing an order.Also, it is beneath that I lie on a public platform.

We visited today for breakfast and had their croissants which were amazing. But the coffee was not at all good and they must add more options to their coffee menu.
