The Birches Campground

We had a fun camping experience at the Birches Campground. Loved that they have a Breakfast camp. The lake was awesome for boating. We wii definitely return

This is the best campground experience I've ever had. Andre, the owner, is personable and helpful. He keeps the road grated to minimize potholes. His staff helped me take care of any maintenance issues I had in a timely manner. I never saw him sitting still. He was always working, helping and busy ensuring a great stay for all the campers. One year we rented an RV space overlooking the water. One year we rented a cabin for a week. Now we are seasonal renters and love it!

Just spent an AMAZING 4th of July weekend at the Birches. Could not be more thankful to the staff for doing such a great job.

The owner of this campground is an off-the-deep-end lunatic. Wait until a weekend. Campers on top of each other, loud...many more sites than one initially realizes. Campers on top of one another. Roads narrow and in poor shape. Bad experience...stay away. Cobbosseecontee Lake is beautiful. The Birches is at the south end of the lake. Observed two occasions where campers had issues and owner pretty much blew them off. Why on earth would a person like this own/run a campground?

Great camping experience, beautiful location. The owner understands and runs the campground very well.
