At the Skowhegan / Canaan KOA, you can find the best of both worlds. When you stay at this campground, you'll have endless opportunities to explore the rocky coastline, Moosehead Lake and the mountains, and go river rafting. The staff at this family campground can help you make memories and have plenty of fun with theme weekends, planned activities, crafts, mini golf, complimentary ice cream socials and much more. Enjoy wagon, fire truck and trolley rides too. Stop by Grandma Don's Kafe for homemade goodies. Relax in the hot tub, pick blueberries or take a casual walk in the woods on the campground's 83 acres. You might even see a moose! This KOA family welcomes you to their home.

We can not express enough gratitude for the assistance that was given to us when the frame on our jeep cracked. Thanks to Jeff who helped us in a very stressful situation and figuring out how to get our jeep back to PA. From picking up the Uhaul trailer for us, helping us to put the jeep on the trailer, and fixing the broken strap 😊, you offered assistance so willingly. In addition to great people, we really enjoyed the campground. And yes, we made it home to PA safely.

Overall nice campground especially the bathing facilities. The campsite for our tent could have used some more work. The drain pipe for rainwater was laying in a gutter right next to our tent and a pile of rocks a bit further

We had a great time there. Kids loved the playground and the pool. Very friendly and clean.

Great place! The owners and staff are so friendly, the facilities are well kept, the grounds are so tidy, and they worked hard to ensure we were happy. We will definitely be back!

 We love this campground.  It offers so many activities for the kids.  The owners and staff are wonderful and so helpful.  We enjoy our stays at this awesome KOA.
