I have been using Rod, and his team, as my mortgage broker since my first mortgage. He is quick to respond to any questions I have regarding my mortgage while purchasing a home and/or renewing my mortgage. And has checked in with me over the years to touch base to make sure things are well. He wants to ensure I understand everything about a mortgage and gives me advice that I take and am happy that I did. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage for a great experience from a knowledgeable mortgage broker and team as well.
Rodney, Alicia, and their associates were awesome through the whole buying and mortgage process. Despite reading a book about mortgages before pulling the trigger on my buying decision, I asked more than my fair share of questions about the process and I always received patient replies and informative answers. I was impressed by the streamlined process they had and punctual reminders throughout my process building a home. They were super organized with the documentation required. They were able to get me the most competitive rates I could find and helped me make the most informed decision. I felt like I was dealing with broker who was trustworthy and knowledgeable. Rodney even caught a few issues and oversights that the homebuilder made and corrected them before it became a problem / delay.
