Terrible Service from this Branch. They don’t even try to Understand customer or their problem.. They pretend that they are so busy that they can’t do anything besides depositing money. You don’t need staff to do it put an ATM Machine instead let people work on other things. You can’t talk to their manager or anyone Superior besides the teller.. because they are so busy what a shame and joke on the name of Scotia Bank.

Predatory lenders that lock you into huge loans so you can only maintenance the interest and never touch the principal . Also taken to de-banking private citizens across Canada at the purview of the Canadian govt. I ran from this terrible company in 2016-17 once the started lying to my wife. Due to current trends it was the best decision.

Tl;Dr Ignore the 1 star reviews, everyone at this branch is wonderful, kind and professional. I've been at this bank for quite some time now and I've never once had a bad experience here. Sometimes I might have to wait in line but it's always worth the wait. All of the tellers are an absolute delight, I've had extremely positive interactions with Persephone, Judy, Kayla and Sarah and they've never shown me the slightest bit of attitude or lack of professionalism. I don't normally leave reviews but i felt bad for this place seeing all the stupid 1 star reviews. Will absolutely recommend the branch to all friends and family and will continue to come here for years to come. Keep up the great work!!!! :

Awesome bank full of awesome people, tellers are always super friendly and I had a meeting with PatriciaI think? a few weeks ago and she was very helpful and an utter delight. Will absolutely be coming here for all my banking needs.

Not any issue with this branch specifically, however, calling Scotiabank customer service has been THE SINGLE WORST ever experience I have had with customer service in my entire life. After spending over 3 hours on hold, Talking to 3 different people for a minute at a time in between the egregiously long hold, the third rep, WHO THE SECOND REP TOLD ME WAS THE MASTERCARD DEPARTMENT, transferred me once again to the "Mastercard department. After I got transferred for the fourth time in 3 hours, the call was ended abruptly and when I call back the customer service desk was closed. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of care and waste of 3 hours of my time with no resolution in sight. My card has been compromised and has been used for a purchase for the value of $130. Scotiabank clearly does not care about their customers happiness or time.

I left Scotiabank in August. A decade of me being a customer didn’t mean anything to them. They take your money for investment but good luck getting any loan. I switched banks and my transfers for RRSP and RESP still aren’t complete! It’s now February! Cannot wait for this mess to end so I never have to deal with this institution again. Stay away! Far far away!

Kayla and her team was an incredibly huge help at the Branch. Dealing with Scotia’s Auto-Loan department was extremely difficult. Kayla and the tellers who assisted me were first class and I strongly recommend going to the Spruce Grove branch for assistance.

This is the most archaic Bank i deal with. I deal with 3 others. Spent 40 minutes in line to be told that they can't do what i ask and would need to book an appointment. Waited 45 min on line to try and book an appointment only to be cut off. Time to move everything to a bank that is in the 21st century.

This bank has always helped me out me out ! They are super friendly and always go out of their way to help clients !

Unbelievably terrible service. Went in to set up a commercial business account and give them money and were refused by a very rude teller. Said if we don't make an appointment, they won't set it up and it was over a week wait for an appointment. Get lost!! We will take our money to a bank that actually appreciates it. It's us doing you a favor, not the other way around. Find a bank that actually cares and staffs properly, this is disgusting service. Don't reward terrible service and idiot staffing levels.
