only one cashier on duty even though she is working hard, had to wait in line and then she of course had to face all the bills so they were in the same direction. ANNOYING AND TALK ABOUT FURTHER DELAY

They never open on time 9.32 am in morning every time I go to bank then they try to show very busy poor service

Worst service. Hate this branch. Went in at 1023am today and stood in line for almost half an hour before an older lady stood BESIDE me and then stole my place at counter when it was my turn. I left. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Completely unprofessional that the lady at the till would not step up and say anything and just continued to help the lady. So angry. What a waste of time and horrible service.

Horrible,terrible. Only 2 tellers ever, if you have an agenda or stuff to get done, do NOT go here. Further more selective staff are extremely un curtious, i go in bright and early and ask to cash a electronic bank draft, lady tells me nope sorry because its electronic, so i go to rbc which the draft belongs to and because i dont have account with they cannot cash, i call the number on the draft and they day go to my bank again and have them call, i goto the other teller because the 1st one is busy and explain im sick i have a cold i need to cash theses yadda yadda, and she says she has to check with the first girl because shes manager or something, turns out that its up to the teller to cash them and the first one was extremely lazy and rude and i did absolutely not feel like a valued customer. The 2nd nice lady treated me nice and called the number and cashed them....
