The Berry & Rye

I know the owners of Berry and Rye also own another cocktail bar (much differently themed and executed) just a block away. And to that end I am much more likely to revisit the other establishment again before Berry and Rye. The cocktails are numerous and strong (to their credit). But they still seem overpriced and the whole atmosphere comes off as pretentious and rude as opposed to sophisticated and refined. I've only visited twice so maybe (hopefully) I'll have a better experience in the future.

Great staff, great atmosphere wonderful selection. This place nails it when it comes to craft cocktails. The ingredients and selection are second to none. You must visit here.

Loved the drinks here. They put a lot of effort into the presentation and making these drinks. Was a great date night for my girlfriend and I.

Unfortunately, didn't get a chance to have a cocktail there. Walked in, we're greeted, told there wasn't a wait for a table. We were sat, then immediately forced away because of some made up story from another server, we were given the option to go to the Tiki Bar across the street.. apparently we didn't look the crowd to be in there, too bad because we were having a wonderful day out trying new places and spending money on good cocktails.

Great service, neat atmosphere, good for large groups if you have a reservation.
