The significant other and myself went here on a whim one day walking around down town. We went at a busier time, but they had adequate seating and we were able to order within minutes. The menu had quite a few different options and a wide selection. Our meal came within 10 minutes, with having special needs for removing some ingredients. It was amazing. The food and service more than surpassed my expectations. Will being going back.

My daughter and I went here to rat before a concert. When we arrived, they told us it was a 20-30 minute wait, which was fine as I could see how busy they were and it was a Saturday night. After 30 minutes I went to see how much longer before we got a table. The same hostess told me it would be 20-30 minutes. I let her know we had been waiting that long already on theist and that was what we had been told for our wait time to begin with. It turns out they extended the wait time and never announced it, so we ended up wasting 30 minutes for a seat we ended up not getting and splitting a $17 burger and fries at the concert. I was not impressed with they way they handled the crowd. If they would have let people know the wait was extended, we could have gone elsewhere to eat. I will go back, but that was not a good first experience.

Yummy food! Were there for lunch and they had a small pizza buffet full of delicious, fresh pizza. Our waitress was really friendly and quite attentive. This downtown location is cozy and I love simple decor on the inside.

I have gotten take out from this restaurant for a few years and nothing is ever consistent. Sometimes I would get happy hour discounts and sometimes not. This last time I tried ordering the Bavarian pretzel sticks and the waitress said they weren't on the menu but when I got to there and had a chance to glance at the menu before picking up my food, there were the pretzels, plain as day in the appetizers section. Their waitresses obviously don't even know the menu! AND to add to that, when I got home, the peperoni rolls were made as if they had half of the ingredients from the buffalo chic rolls which I do NOT eat. Blue cheese is disgusting. So dissappointed.

Hands down some of the worst service in Omaha! Went in for dinner place was mostly empty. We get seated and the waiter pushes hard for our drink order. We let him know we wanted to look at the menu and we would let him know. Well 25 mins later he comes back and takes the order for our drinks, appetizers and dinner. Drinks took forever.....never offered refills or to order more drinks.....Appetizers never came server said it was the kitchens fault even though he had no clue they never came. Dropped food off and that was the last we saw of him until he wanted the get paid. Horrible experience! Don’t go here!
