I went in for an oil change, and was surprised with the level of service I received. I waited for my vehicle to be completed. They offered an array of coffee and other hot beverages to enjoy. Want a snack? Forget the vending machine, they offered snacks free of charge. They have plenty of room to sit and indulge in snacks and beverages. Be aware, the seats are so comfortable that I almost took a nap. The icing on the cake was having my vehicle returned, and washed. That goes above and beyond my expectations. Thank you very much for the positive experience.

Exceptional service once again! After noticing our glass door moldings were bubbling and cracked due to a manufacturer defect, the service team was quick at getting photos and details over to Fords head office to get them replaced ASAP. The replacement time was quick and efficient and the staff were great at getting us a loaner for a couple days. Thank you Belanger Ford, we couldn't ask for a better dealership to deal with!

While having to wait a few hours for my SUV to be fixed and not being given a rental and no estimated time of when it would be completed, Josee went above and beyond and got me into a loaner until my vehicle was fixed. When it was done in the shop, her amazing staff cleaned the exterior and interior and personally delivered it back to us after hours.

I was away from home camping and the underbelly protector of my truck got damaged. I called Belanger Ford and they immediately put me in to the queue. Not only that, the fix was 100% under warranty and they even cleaned my Truck for me! Even left me a full container of hand sanitizer! I am very impressed with the level of service, politeness of staff, and empathy towards circumstances out of my control. Thank you again Belanger your service will be hard to beat.

I went into the dealership and received a warm welcome from Roger, and proceeded to discuss what I was looking for. Roger promptly got me a nice blue Ford Bronco to test drive. The vehicle had everything I needed and wanted and It wasn’t long that I decided I wanted it. Roger, Dan and the rep on the phone trying to get the best price for my trade-in Can’t remember his name were all great to deal with! On day one we made the deal and on day 2 I picked up my brand new Ford Bronco Big Bend, and I couldn’t be happier! This is my second vehicle purchase with the Belanger Ford Lincoln Centre, and even though it’s a bit a drive, it’s well worth it with the service they provide. As always, Roger was great to deal with and both him and Dan took the time to answer all my questions and provided me with the best deal possible! I’m on cloud 9 right now, and loving my new ride : Thanks again to all!

Had an awesome experience buying my new vehicle from start to finish! Mitch was honest and transparent, and kept me in the loop on my custom order and on new vehicles coming in that matched my needs. After my car was written off due to an accident, my husband started shopping for a new vehicle.  We were replacing an 2017 Escape with a new one.   Working with Chad at Belanger was easy and without pressure.  We had selected and purchased an  Escape which was great, but returned it as it didn't have navigation as part of the package, although it was loaded with other features.  They gave us a loaner, and arranged for different new 2022 Escape that arrived a week later.  Everyone,   at Belanger made sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Belanger Ford.

The service we received this morning was excellent.   Staff were friendly n efficient n extremely polite,  vehicle was sparkling clean.   Very positive appointment will definitely be back.  Thanks Rico for  organizing our new tires n installation

Had such a great experience at Bélanger. I was a last minute booking and they were able to fit me in right away. Their waiting lounge is so nice and with complementary coffee and snacks. Everyone was so friendly and made sure I was taken care of. By the time i knew it my vehicle was ready. Highly recommend.
