I found Sam to be straightforward to deal with when I purchased my vehicle recently. What got me in his door was the vehicle I wanted advertised at a fair market price. I'll be back because of his terrific after sale customer service. There were one, maybe two small issues for me after the sale that will happen anytime, anywhere you purchase your vehicle. Sam took my concerns seriously and demonstrated with his actions that he wants his customers to be happy and return. Makes sense to me. Thanks Sam and I'll be happy to refer you to friends and family.

Excellent and honest service. Him and his son are true professionals and will do what they can to give you the best possible price on repairs. Canadian tire and Fountain tire wanted to charge me around $300 for a tire install by coming up with all kinds of additional hidden cost. But Sam's auto give me a price I could afford. Booked an appointment online. Went to my appointment only to be told that I didn't have an appointment but he would switch my tires anyways. He told me I needed new summer tires Fountain Tire told me they were good for another year. Found out that he stripped one of my bolts when my dad retorqued my tires and that another one wasn't on properly.

We bought a car and we were very satisfied. Good price. Good service. Very friendly too! I would give more stars if I could : Thanks again!!

I was being helped by a very nice young man, and went to test drive one car. After I came back with the keys, I told him I really liked the car but still wanted to test drive another one for comparison. An older man I believe it was Sam came out and was VERY angry with me for no reason and told me to leave the keys on the counter and walked away before I could finish my sentance. I was obviously very confused since I was about to buy the car I had just test driven. Still not sure why I was treated this way or what I did wrong, but I was very dissapointed and upset about how i was treated. I wouldn't reccomend this place for anyone, let alone young women such as myself because he clearly won't take you seriously if you are one.

If you are desirous of being abused and things thrown at you by a scrupulous dealer.. Do visit this place.
