Amazing apple fritters and chocolate icing whipped cream filling donuts…we were here for a hockey tournament and I always look for a bakery..this was outstanding and I’ve had some fritters in my life! The dough really fresh, real chunks of apple..highly recommend. I wish I lived closer…

Stopped into The Bakery on a whim and ended up having one of the best apple fritters I’ve ever had. Fresh, perfectly glazed, and packed with real apple pieces — absolute perfection. The staff was friendly, the shop smelled incredible, and everything in the display looked amazing.nnIf you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favour and grab an apple fritter. You won’t regret it!

It is worth the 600 km drive round trip to Gravenhurst just to stop at this bakery.nEverything looked amazing and was delightfully presented, the service was friendly and quick, there was a lineup which was understandable considering how good everything is here.nFrom pies to butter tarts, donuts to bread, meat pies to sausage rolls, everything looked wonderful

If I lived in the area I’d be here daily. The moment I walked in the smell was heavenly. The apple fritter is perfect. This is what a fritter is supposed to be. There’s crunchy bits and the inside is fluffy fresh goodness. Can’t wait to come back

This is my kind of bakery. An amazing selection of breads and sweet treats. The donuts are worth the drive from Hamilton, and honestly, these might be the best fritters I’ve had—soft on the inside, with just the right crunch on the outside, and full of apples. I prefer the glazed ones, and the kids prefer the cinnamon sugar. Efficient staff. If you are visiting Gravenhurst or even going by on your way further North, and you don’t stop here, you are REALLY missing out!
