The Auto Spa on Laird

I just picked up my car from Todd and his team and am simply thrilled. The back story- I purchased a 1996 Mercedes S500 from a dealer in Halifax, NS - sight unseen - and had it delivered to The Auto Spa. Todd went through all of what he thought would need to be done. The list was long, given the car is 22 years old, but was realistic. Here’s a list of the major work: - Complete exterior detail including wet sanding and dent removal as needed. - Refinish OEM wheels - Replace windshield - Complete interior cleaning, including leather conditioning - Engine Shampoo They did some other odds and ends as needed. It came out of their shop as though having come off the showroom floor, and it’s 22 years old! They are truly miracle workers and know how to treat customers extremely well. Todd himself took the time each day to keep me apprised of the progress. The whole process was very straightforward and the pricing was extremely fair for the work, and, given the outcome, it seemed more than reasonable. On the interior, they actually cleaned it all and it smells like it should. In other words, they clearly didn’t just do a few things to provide a good appearance and then spray some air freshener in it. Having owned so many vehicles over the years, I would never hesitate for even a moment to use their services again. Thanks Guys. An amazing job for sure!!

The Auto Spa; my first experience here has been exceptional to say the least. My expectations have been exceeded by leaps and bounds. Words don't reflect just how happy and appreciative I am with their service and work. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing quality collision repairs and detailing. I will absolutely be returning, and telling everyone about my first visit here as well. Just prior to Christmas 2017 I had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended in my Accent. The damage resulted in the rear bumper needing to be completely replaced and the trunk repaired too. The Auto Spa was recommended to me as the place to go for the repair, so I went and spoke to Todd the owner and his Team. Todd was so nice to me and took the time to explain what was involved in the repair and the time it would take to complete it. I brought my car in the next day. I was called a few days later that my car was done. I went to their shop and I couldn't believe what I saw. My Accent, when I purchased it, had a rust hole on the left rear side above the rear tire, and on the right rear side the rust had rotted away an entire section. None of this was part of the collision repair, only the rear bumper replacement and trunk repair was to be done. The Auto Spa completely repaired and then painted both rear panels above the rear tires to look exactly like brand new, you couldn't ever tell that there was severe rust damage there now. They also polished my car and did a complete interior clean and shampoo too. My Accent looks like a brand new car now! Todd, you and your Team are great. What you do for your clients reflects in your high level of service and quality of work; you all actually care! You all went above and beyond for me and I cannot thank you enough. A very satisfied client!!! :)

James and Todd were amazing! My experience started with going in last year and buying my boyfriend a gift certificate to get his windows tinted, in return this past Christmas my boyfriend got the same for me. Not only did they do an amazing job on the tint, the interior detailing that was done was unbelievable! My leather seats were brought back to life, all my stains were gone out of my carpet, you wouldn’t think people were smoking in my vehicle for the past 8 years. Thank you to everyone at the Auto Spa, you made me fall in love with my truck all over again :) -Nicole

I brought my car in for leather, carpet and paint protection right after purchasing. Who would have thought a new car could look even better and now each cleaning will be easier. Fast forward 3 weeks and a very inconsiderate person dented my door. The guys at the auto spa removed the dent to perfection. This place is a must twice yearly.

Incredible experience here at the Auto Spa. Todd worked miracles on my lincoln SUV that had some paint overspray from prior damage repair and scratches on the back hatch from some goon with a shovel. Life in Toronto's pretty hard on a vehicle, but this ride came back from Todd like mirror glass all over. I can't believe the difference! Very easy to deal with and fair price. I definitely recommend The Auto Spa!
