Mississauga Car Detailing

The worst car detailing in Mississauga. Two days later after detailing, I closed the third seats of my car Sienna and I was shocked. It was dirty and black. I went again the guy told me make new appointment I said it’s not free and I paid 200$! He said don’t waste my time!!! There is no one has the same name (Mississauga Car Detailing) and at the same place. The guy told me that his name was Mazen you may ask him about the story before a couple of months.

The website says they're offering a $99 promo for the platinum package for an SUV, and even when I called, I was told over the phone that it would be $99+tax. When picking up the car, I gave $120 cash expecting change, and the owner just says "Why do you need change? I told you $120 flat, usually I charge $120 plus tax" which is NOT what I was told. I wasn't upset over the $8 change that I didn't get, I just think it's completely unprofessional to tell a customer one price, and then charge them more afterwards, and tell me it was MY mistake that I got the prices wrong. My mother also called the owner to ask if the car was finished, and he claims he mentioned to her that it would be $120 cash, but I was right beside her when she called, and he never said it was $120, he just said he needed cash. Shifting the blame on me and then my mother--really? Own up to the fact that you're just trying to scam me out of $8 (which I don't actually care about, it's the principle of the matter). The car wasn't even cleaned that well--places that should've been easy to clean weren't even clean. The employees were great, however. It was just the owner that gave me problems. Really sketchy business, definitely won't be back and I definitely don't recommend this place. EDIT: (Response to the owner) It's funny that you're saying my mother made the appointment, and how you're putting the blame on her, that she agreed to all these things, when I'M the one that made the appointment, and I NEVER agreed to $120 without tax. I wrote down all the information from the phone call onto a piece of paper, the paper says $99 plus tax, and I mentioned when making the appointment that I was taking in a Toyota Sienna so why was I told $99 plus tax when whoever I called had full knowledge of the type of car I would be bringing in? "Good will gesture," yeah I'm so grateful that I was charged more than I agreed to. Also, even though it was a 7-seat minivan, the 3 seats in the back weren't cleaned, and neither was the trunk. Not sure why I was charged extra for a half-assed job.

Car looks brand new. Places I could never reach were spotless. Even the stains on my seat AND ROOF were gone!!! Awesome quality!
