Story

Our state of the art, 6000 square feet Car Wash and Detailing Centre, Car Pride Auto Spa is located near the Clarkson GO station, serving Mississauga, Oakville and Burlington residents. Located area (5km) shuttle service is available. We are located on south side of Royal Windsor Dr ( Lakeshore blvd, becomes Royal Windsor Dr west of Southdown Rd), between Southdown Road and Winston Churchill Blvd.
Pick from Hand Wash or our Latest and Most technologically advanced car wash tunnel. Our feather-touch car wash utilizes environmentally friendly Dura-soft material imported from Europe, designed not only to get your car clean, but to nurture its surface and paint. Our Tire and Rim cleaners utilize a high pressure wash with appropriate detergent mixes to reach crevices, removing brake dust, dirt and grime waxes. We are GREEN, our spot free additives are also used to ensure a clean, lustrous surface appearance. Our wax, soaps and other detergents are phosphate and ammonia free.

I have been going here for awhile but last week is going to be my last visit. There's a stark difference between when I first started going here about 3-4 years ago to now. I got the basic interior and exterior wash. Interior was washed to my satisfaction, saw some salt stains remaining and dry dirty streaks left from the wipe down on the navigation monitor, but it was a basic interior wash so I didn't expect the world. The exterior was a different story. Spots were missed completely including the rear and front bumper. Unfortunately I only noticed when I got home and did not feel like driving back. Picture of the front bumper AFTER the car wash is attached. There really should be a quality control check so these things aren't missed. I had previous issues with the employees always missing the rim refresh, so I had to always wait again for that to be done. This was the final straw, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went to car pride auto after the resistor in my car melted. I had already had the part fixed and my air filter changed however there was the most horrible smell coming from my air still that left my entire car smelling of burnt plastic and rubber. They were able to fit me in immediately to have the entire car detailed. The smell was still coming from my air/ vents so they had a mechanic look it over and they realized that my cabin filter should also be changed to help the smell. With my permission they then had the mechanic change the cabin filter to save me from having to make another appointment. They did such a fantastic job on the detailing that they were able to completely remove the smell from my seats/ roof liner and carpet flooring. The smell is still present in my air system when I turn it on however this smell is unfortunately not removable and it is going to take time to go away which will only occur by me running the air in the car. I couldn't be any happier with my experience at Car Pride Auto, great service and great results. I highly recommend it to anyone!! I however do not recommend buying a Nissan car as mine is a 2016 has had many break downs and Nissan doesn't care at all that their product was poorly built. Car Pride Auto is 100% the place to go to have a vehicle cleaned up!!

Very professional and courteous service. Came an hour later than my appointment due to traffic and was still accomodated for. The place has a spacious waiting lounge that lets you watch while they work on your car. From what I’ve seen, the staff does a very detailed and thorough job! Ask to speak to Melinda and they’ll take care of you there.

Disappointing service. Did a in and out cleaning, ended up with rock pebbles on my seat when I got my car back and bumpers were still dirty. When I asked the staff he said it could be removed. I asked him to use his cloth and was able to wipe it off myself. I figured it would have been convenient but when you need to go back and clean what the cleaners did it's not worth the time and money.

Received my vehicle back covered in scratches. I tried explaining this to the owner. He kept cutting me off mid-sentence saying all black cars show this. However I had paint correction completed last week and I'm very familiar with the vehicle. As I was leaving I noticed there staff start to wash a vehicle. Starting by soaping down the vehicle with a brush without spraying it first. This will move dirt and sand around on the surface and scratch the vehicle. This business NEEDS to take a coarse on how to clean a car. They truly don't know what there doing. Save your vehicle and your money! Sap wasn't brought up in the complaint. Damage was done to this vehicle by not washing it properly. Before soap is applied with a brush the vehicle must be sprayed down. I hope pride learns to wash vehicles properly.
