Denny's Touchfree Car Wash Full Service

Worst car was ever... Paid $40 for a quick wash and got $800 in damages. They left the sunroof open and soaked my car from the inside didnt give me a refund and put a plastic sheet on top of the driver seat. There employees told me that it's a regular occurrence with them at this place at least once a day they do this to someones car. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH.

It was my first time getting a full service exterior and interior carwash, and to be honest I feel stupid for not trying this sooner! For a little over $30, they clean your car pretty much like new! I had a 9 year old Civic that was in dire need of cleaning and they did a superb job! Obviously, not 100% of the surfaces inside and outside is mirror shine polished, but it sure gets pretty close! I'm quite satisfied with my experience.

Sort of hidden in Mavis - had to wait in line longer than I was hoping for. Wash was good with a lot of staff buzzing about with a 'hands-on' approach. Had to ask them to wipe a few obvious spots and when I asked for a towel to do it myself, they said 'no' 'they would so it' ... and didn't really get it all. 'A' for effort... 'B' for results.

I've had 4 and 5 star treatments... however the last 3 times I wasn't happy with the service or the customer service for that matter also they keep forgetting to clean my trunk after I tell them to and I empty it... last time I had lots of streaks all over the dashboard that weren't there before. I'd say the place has gone downhill in the past year. Sorry Denny's

This was my first experience and I decided to get the 5 star wash which basically includes cleaning on the inside of the vehicle, plus undercarriage. The wait to get the car in was about 10-15 minutes, but once inside it took about 5 minutes to wash, and another 5 to dry. For the money ($50 for an SUV), I'd have expected something more, to be honest. Sure, the service was decent, but it wasn't perfect. For instance, not all the wheels were wiped down once the car was done. Certain parts on the car weren't completely dry when I drove off, mats on the inside of the car weren't dried off at all. Again, not a bad experience, but for the money I paid, I would expect an immaculate job.
