Thai Express

Bought a lunch and drink from thai express in metrotown food court.. found out the drink is dent and request to have exchange.... but they refused & said it is not their fault .. tell me just drink it or throw It away.....what a lovely service

So come here today planing to get a fry rice and they said open at 12 when it said 9am in Google, thats ok but they don't even care to stick a note on their counter and have the customer wait for them for no dam reason. Good job guys well done.

Terrible food, tasteless. They got grill and sauces, but the fried rice has no wok hay and flavour which I believe is really hard to make food like this. Never back again.

Food is overly heated up, over and over again. We ordered beef thai but beef was super hard to chew. Not even look like meat. Wife ordered pasta thai but it was so soggy in deep fried , no one was able to eat. $26 for 2 bad meals. Please don't refried the same food. Have some courtesy for customers.

Not sure if looks like a beef soup. 4 small thin pieces of beef and %90 noodles. Way too much noodles... Next time no soups from here.

Yet another restaurant thats out of an item on their menu....i think the workers should be MORE diligent in their inventory; and put a notice on their Menu board INSTEAD to telling EVERY customer that comes to order food!!
