Thai Express

I've tried this location several times and I love the food. I also work in the hospitality industry and have to admit this is my very first complaint I've ever written on line as I get things can happen. I tried to move past the eye rolling I got a few months back when I ordered their shrimp rolls. I also have no problem tipping as again I work in the industry but when you assume my change is your to keep and don't even take it out if your till. You get no tip. To top it off I sat down to eat and one by one all your staff looked at me as if I had done something wrong. I will never eat at this location again. Unfortunate because this was my favourite place to eat at at the mall. The serves was what ruined this for me not the food.

Ordered a real fruit mango bubble tea at the cross iron mills mall. Only got about 5 tapioca balls at the bottom. The girl after me got twice as much for some reason. I asked why and they said she ordered more. There was no options advertised on the menu indicating that I had the option to order more. I did not think you actually had to pay more to get the standard amount you would have gotten everywhere else. Such a ripoff. Do not get bubble tea here. I would give zero stars if I could but on here one is minimum.

I love the shrimp noodle soup. It’s the franchise restaurant but more good taste.

Service was nice, but if I wanted a plate of raw bean sprouts I'd have gone to the grocery store for a fraction of the price. Sad pad thai

Ordered my favourite tom yum soup (I love this soup). Brought it back to my table and noticed it was only noodles and bean sprouts, it's was missing all the veggies! Brought back and got greeted with, "it has green onion sir" The lady goes to the back and pulls out some carrots and cilantro and scoops to 2 spoon fulls and returns to me. Food, good as always, service was disappointing and will never order from this location again!
