Disgusting food. Horrible service. The lady who took my order didn’t pay attention and was always distracted. Messed up my order and when I took it back she fought with me saying I ordered wrong. I’m pretty sure I know what I want to eat lady. Overall experience was garbage.

If you like to eat paninis that are made day(s) in advance and frozen, warmed up in the microwave and then placed on a grill until the center is just thawed, then this place is for you. Just awful. Go to the food court where you can actually get a freshly made sandwich. Seriously. Go now.

Had the chicken pho, not bad. Wasn't really 'pho', more like vermicelli but clear, tasty, and fresh. Also had the sub. Prices half decent, give it a try instead of the food court.

If your looking for something other than the typical 'food court' type of food at the mall, La Prep is a good choice in terms of food quality(fresh) and decent pricing ($2-9 without drink(s)). I ordered the Pho Noodle Soup with Chicken and Satay(spicy). The noodles were vermicelli which aren't the typical 'pho' noodle. There were good amounts of chicken and veggies. When I made the order to dine in, the food was brought out to me in a timely fashion. Overall, my experience was good as whenever you eat at the mall you'd expect to pay $10+ per person. The biggest little thing that was kind of annoying was the VERY slender soup spoon(picture #4) that was meant more for something like ice cream or yogurt.
