It's TGIFridays I guess, they do have some great battered and fried green beans though which I highly recommend. We were one of two tables in the place and still waited forever for our food. Had what looked like a worm or caterpillar in my fries so they took my plate to inspect it and said it was the end of a potato that they turn into ribbons for one of their appetizers. Never got the rest of my fries back or some new ones, was weird of them not to offer.
Was able to get seated immediately. Attentive waitress. Fried greens beans were fantastic. Meals were great also. Thought my fries were bland though. Everything else was good.
Twisted steak frites apparently frites are their homemade chips, not any kind of fry... $20!! For a 6oz piece of low quality steak and a plate of chips that taste burnt! And my drink came with a mushy piece of pineapple for garnish. Not pleased at all. The loaded cheese fry burger however was good, I will say that but we can't get over how expensive it is for the steak with just chips. Oh and the whiskey glazed chicken strips are only available as an appetizer now and cost what the meal used to.
The food was great! Everything was delicious. There is no longer a Friday's where I'm from, so I was happy to get the whiskey glazed chicken. Sauce was phenomenal. Chicken was good and tender. I was pleased. The only thing I ding points for is the atmosphere. The bartender was very nice and welcoming towards me. However, the other guests were all staring at me. It was weird and I felt very uncomfortable and out of place.
Excellent food. Excellent service from the young lady that took care of our family. Prices seem to have gone up in the last 2 years. That's the only reason it's not a five-star. But I understand why the prices have gone up as well. Will definitely be back to TGI Fridays!!!Food: 5/5
Kinda exspensive but worth it. My husband and I both got the loaded fries burger and it was delicious! One of the best burgers I've eaten. Waiter was friendly, food arrived quickly and no one complained about our loud crazy toddler. Good experience overall! Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. They provided crayons and a kids sized water. You get a decent amount of food in their meal.
The waitress forgot our chips & salsa & couple drink orders from the bar. Messed up on the food order. Then took over 15min to find her or anyone to get our check & to go containers then forever to pay the bill. She messed up the bill by $9.00 but I was so ready to leave that I didn't say anything. Might be awhile before we go back but we loved the food that was served right.
Have been going here for a long time…food has always been good and service has always been good till tonight. Food was good but service was not. Our credit card was charged almost $20.00 more then our bill. I asked for a refund and for it to be charged correctly…. Well they can’t do refunds not sure how they can do charges but have no way of correcting an error beat part was they didn’t tell me this till after they had actually charged my card 3 times for one meal. And best part they expect to sign a receipt and be ok with it. Spoke with 2 managers and I still have pending charges on my card for $192.50 for a $60.00 meal. No apologies, no offer for a credit, no nothing other then come back on the 25th if it’s not fixed and we will do something then. Best yet was when I said I would not be back again, the General Manager said “That’s fine”. Very disappointing hopefully I get my card corrected.
Absolutely horrible experience, whole family got sick after eating beef menu items. One of the burgers came back raw the 2nd time after being sent back for failing to acknowledge a tomato allergy after being specifically told multiple times about. Overpriced garbage. Messed up an order twice on something super simple. Will not be going back ever. I also have made a health department report. Hopefully this place gets shutdown or straightened the hell up. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend this location to anybody at all. Please go to logans roadhouse next door. Much better
Food was acceptable, but for the 4 people that were supposed to be waiting only one of them actually was, and when he forgot my takeout box I tried to go up to the available waitresses and they were too busy on their phones to acknowledge me. Service needs work.
