Texas Roadhouse

Very Crappy service. I have waited for some time to go eat here. The last time we ate here, excellent service from the minute we walked in till we waved goodbye. That was NOT THE CASE TONIGHT! We had done the couple's meal, which was an appetizer, followed by a few choice plates. I ordered a Prime Rib. Hubby choose steak and shrimp . He wanted a salad as his side choice. He told the server, no salad dressing . We asked for plain butter for roles. I ordered my prime rib to be well done as did my hubby . We had to ask twice for the butter . When my prime rib arrived, it was need rare! I flagged her down and she took the plate. Said she would be back with a different one. We watched her wait on others, joke around with others, serve food for others all the while, my prime rib had not been returned. Finally after 20 minutes or so, I asked her to bring the check. My husband was done eating and I had yet to get my prime rib. While she was getting the check, a bus boy was next to me. I asked to speak to the manager. Ten minutes or so, our waitress comes back. I inform her I never got my steak, and had asked for the manager. She then tells me, that a manager has to bring the steak out if it is sent back. Another ten minutes goes by, manager comes walking with Prime Rib, I'm heading to register at this point and she tells me I can eat now, she has my steak! I told her too late. Long story short, she informed me that they had to make me a new one, blah blah . Well Prime Rib is made way ahead. They do not cook that like they do a regular steak. The manager acted like I was being overly Dramatic for no reason at all! I informed her my husband's meal would be the only thing I paid for and I would be turning her in to cooperate. Never ever will I step foot in that place . Manager is not above lying and making you out to be the one in the wrong. Pathetic is the nicest thing I can say!

This was a disaster from start to finish. First our dinner roll plates still had food on them from the prior guest. Not just a few crumbs, but huge chunks. Next I ordered a medium steak and when I cut into it, it was rare! Sent it back and when the manager came out asked me in the snottiest voice how the steak was supposed to be. I said it was fine being over this night. A person in our group spoke up about the uncleared plates and the manager acted like we were lying. She then comped the steak.. then gave us a coupon for a free app- expiration date on those, one month away. At the end, waiting for the bill, couldn’t figure out why my feet kept slipping on the floor, looked down and there is a box of straws under me. I am not going back ever- let a long in the next month. Worst part- I was soooo looking forward to a Texa roadhouse steak.

Amazing. The steak was perfectly cooked (medium rare) great taste and friendly service. Much better than outback by far!

Jorge is extremely awesome.. he gave my husband an extra glass of water since he was drinking water so fast.. he made our visit extremely pleasant in many ways!!

The service and hospitality we received was top notch. We were seated within the time expected for our wait and despite being busy we didn't feel rushed at all. The only issue we had was with the entree we ordered, which was a combination of our not reading the item entirely and a poor explanation of how it was prepared. We ordered the kabobs and prep wise it was amazing, the vegetables were cooked well and the steak was perfect. However, the kabobs are served smothered in a marinade which isn't explained that well in the menu. We'll definitely go back, but if we order the kabobs again it will be without the marinade.
