Panda Express

Our family has eaten here many times. Tolerated the slow service, sullen attitudes, and poor Engrish skills because the food is pretty good and reasonably priced. We have collectively decided not to eat here again - EVER - for these reasons: 1. Service is always slow. 2. Attention to detail is utterly lacking. 3. Missing parts of orders numerous times. 4. Poor response and surly attitudes from employees when bringing problems to their attention. 5. Completely impossible to order using the drive-through, since not one of the employees can a) understand what you are saying, b) stay focused long enough to get the complete order, or c) work up the energy to care enough to try. Recommended alternative is China Star Buffet on Gordon Drive. A little more expensive, better food, much better service.

And most delicious meal. But the restaurant was very dirty. They seem to be very busy perhaps normally they keep things cleaned up I sure would hope so!

Been to this location quite a bit since it opened.. NO more.. won't return again.. my last two visits including today's were awful.. chow mien was ice cold, my wife's rice was nasty. The staff is very slow.. I mean VERY slow. I waited for a lid for a bowl for over 5 minutes patiently in line mind you.. the other worker just wandered around like she was looking for something to do, I ended up just walking out before being helped.. GOODBYE..

Have been going to this location for awhile. Recently staff has changed and have have absolutely terrible experienced since then. Went in at 11:20 and there were three options available. When I tried to ask when more would be out I got a dirty look and the server completely walked the other way after making eye contact. Completely rude and inexcusable! There needs to be a change! I am very disappointed in Panda Express for allowing this store to continue in this manner

Food was not bad had the orange chicken. Had to wait awhile as they were out of orange chicken but was given a fresh batch. Now am spending some time on the toilet not sure if the two are related. Also they don't serve any panda meat so the name is a bit misleading.
