While normally this is my favorite place to eat, I am sad to say I am more and more disappointed every time I eat here. The staff are great but the food is either over seasoned or under seasoned. Never consistent.nnAlso, poor effort in getting facilities fixed. For awhile the handle on the door was broken in the ladies room. Now it has just been out of commission for a couple of weeks. The working single bathroom is now gender neutral. It seems like they should be able to handle some of these fixes if they are charging an arm and a leg for a burrito.nnI'm holding on for hope that they can step it up a notch so I can enjoy this place like I used to!
This is the cleanest Chipotle I have ever experienced. The service was quick, the staff was efficient, and the food was the freshest I think I have ever had from any Chipotle. Wild.
I been eating chipotle since forever. I just moved from Houston to Sioux City four months ago and I been coming to this location since then, the employees are EXTREMELY RUDE in this store, the service it’s always really bad, and I tell you I used to eat chipotle almost everyday. The bad service I get every time I come it’s just making me hate chipotle. The employees are always giving actitud, they don’t portion well, it’s just horrible over all. They talk about you with each other cómo si la gente no sabe español. Childish and pathetic. And to be more specific one of the employee I am talking about it’s a lady with really thin brows.
Been years since I’ve tried here. Was ok. Seemed over staffed and people goofing around more than working. But, I’d rather have that than some poor understaffed crew. Considering the heavy crew, I had to look around for a table that was clean. Many had not been tended to recently. Men’s bathroom was out of order, so everyone was limited to one restroom. It’s only a single person restroom, so it’s manageable. Restroom could have been a legit problem that they were waiting on a plumber for. Food seemed somewhat bland to me. Not just in general, but putting it up against places like Pancheros and Qdoba. Some of their items were also extra money to add, where it’s not at others. Once I got the burrito in my hands, it felt loose and not very firm. Had a tendency to want to fall apart as a result. Other places, they wrap them fairly tight, and they hold their formation better without falling apart, not to mention you get a better deal by having more food included in them. Most the time when I’m in this area, I pick other places. I think I’ll continue to do so, as I would rather eat at the other 2 mentioned above anyhow if I was in the mood for something like this. I’m sure they do a good job for some, but didn’t really trip my trigger, and there’s a lot of options to choose from. Add to the not so great experience, and I just won’t be excited to give it another try.
Overpriced. They charged $6 for two SMALL fountain drinks. They charge extra for cheese on a burrito. Burritos are supposed to have cheese why are you charging extra for a regular ingredient? Almost $2 for a scoop of sour cream, the whole tub of sc doesn't even cost that much. My son got a kids burrito and he was treated like a bother newscaster he wanted lettuce and tomatoes on it.
