Employee at the lunch/hot food area greeted me with a rude "what do you want" nasty. I know some businesses are having staffing issues but....... how much does this rude person cost this business? Will never go here again.

I would like to give more stars, but what is holding me back is the fact, that the groceries are costing more than I can afford. Of course there is one more grocery store with even more outrages prices in town. If I drive an extra 35 km from here, I can get food at a much better price with absolute good quality. For emergencies, and when I am in this area, I can get here about everything I am looking for. The produce is always nice, a little hot food section can satisfy immidiate hunger, and sometimes the reduced items in the bakery section can be awesome finds. The general reduced section, in a corner of the store is always a mess, and still Way too expensive. I like the dedicated holistic food section, and the seasonal has sometimes attractive offers. I really do not like the large clothing section, as a trade of for grocery options. Considering, that this is an everything but rich town, I hope that they will get a more affordable store eventually.

You have some awesome staff. My son and I were waiting to get cashed out someone forgot something and we were joking around and laughting. Once it was my turn my card didn't want to work and my phone was dead. Without thinking she paid for my bill. Just show that there are good people out there! Thank you too her, and everyone that is there working every day!

Rotisserie chicken liquid all over everything. When I complained they just say the bags are good and it's my fault if I didn't notice it leaking all over my car, apt, table, chair etc. Thanks for the free chicken offer but why would I want this experience again? What I wanted to hear was how he would improve so that doesn't happen to others but no, he has never heard this complaint in years so it must be my fault. No thanks.

Handy to pop into after work and grab some good sale items. Mary my cashier is such a sweet lady. Staff is always friendly.

Favourite YIG. Great bakery, produce department well maintained, occasionally limited quantities or items. As is the case everywhere, prices are painful.

Typical of all Loblaws stores. The bread scandal really hurt Canadians. It's hard enough to work here and make a living with the higher taxes that people don't need to be ripped off on top of it all, and it still goes on to this day, no matter what the newspapers try to convince us of. Just compare the prices to the USA prices by state. But it isn't reflective on the staff here and they are genuinely decent and hardworking staff at this establishment. Unloaders are decent from a trucking perspective. But Loblaw's really has to address its prices, as they are often high in comparison to competition, and always increasing at an astronomical rate since Covid19.

Great place to shop. Bright, clean store. Friendly people.

Nice, clean large store with anything you'd want. Great fresh deli, food counter etc...

Picked up 7 dollar meal and it was bad. The chicken strips were too old and could not eat. You guys should have proper food for local community. Bracebridge is by far better than you guys! Time to give back!
