MARCH 28 around 4:30 ..I wanted everything bagels ..Went to aile all sold out.. Store Manager putting stick on shelf asked if I needed help.. He went in back looked sold out...but he found some at Front entrance...Excellent customer service...I really highly recommend ..

Great prices. Good assortment of fresh veg and fruit. Watch the shelf pricing as occasionally you will see a great sales price, but the item is in a slightly different area or sold out. They are quick to check it for you if it's not showing up right at the till.

Great prices here and the international section has way more selection than even Walmart. Just takes awhile sometimes to find products they aren't as organized as they could be

Great selection of international cuisine items. Always well stocked. The store is clean and tidy. The staff, in general, are great. Prices are reasonable compared to many grocery stores. Their self-check-outs are user-friendly. I do not like self-checkouts.nIf we got discounts for using them that would be a different scenario. I worked for years in retail. A friendly cashier is so appreciated by most customers. No one wants to ring their groceries through.nWe are customers, what happened to the customer service? Respect for customers.nSelf check out is an issue that should be corrected in all stores that uses them.nMany stores have these horrible self-checkout machinesnAs long as a cashier rings me through I am happy with Food Basic.

Good prices! They NEED to bring baskets back, using a giant cart when you only need a few items is so unnecessary and creates calamity in the isles. Every other foodbasics offers baskets, this is a joke now that they havent brought them back.... Got rid of human tills to make way for 8 self checkouts where only 4 are open at any given time. Lowering my rating as they are going downhill.
