Shoppers Drug Mart

Went in to purchase birthday present for my wife. Seen what I thought was a great gift idea, perfume sampler where the receiver gets to sample different fragrances and then choose a large bottle with gift receipt. While speaking with attendant I said this is sweet she can pick what kind she wants. Fast forward 1 day day. Wife opens her gift and it’s men’s cologne sampler… Wife went in today to exchange it for women’s and the attendant laughs at her and says “I guess he bought himself cologne, no exchanges on this item” I will never buy a single item in this store ever again.

I had a major issue reedeeming my points. Even though she could not fix the problem I have to give a shout out to Jade from Gravenhust Shoppers cosmetics who went over and beyond to help me. 6 out of 5 for her customer service! Thanks!nAs for the optimum points department it is better that I don't say anything!

The best SDM ever! Staff are lovely, there’s everything you could possibly want, all the make up and cosmetics are tidy and well presented, and the management team are super supportive of the local community. Thanks!

The Pharmacist owner was amazing I'm not naming him for privacy I had a complex change in my meds and my blister packaging was ready in a heartbeat. Also he explained what side affects to be cautious of. The staff is friendly and the store well laid out and clean. Keep an eye out for specials and if they are sold out ask for a rain check. They also do passport pics and will certify your identity. No pictures as that could pose a security issue.

Gravenhurst location has terrible grumpy unpleasant employees. They certainly love to stand around and chit chat instead of helping customers. I drive the extra mile to the Bracebridge location now just for the friendlier service.
