Hannah provided the best customer service I’ve ever received at any Shoppers Drug Mart, especially in the perfume section! It was unexpected how kind and polite she was. Such a sweetheart.

Very happy with the service. Pharmacy team is getting better day by day . pick up is quicker than ever before . Thank you to new owner for getting second cash-out option in pharmacy . Not sure how come previous owner never thought to bring in - line up used to be so crazy. Also thank you for cleaning up all old bushes . Also appreciated pothole fixing request to city by the owner at the parking entrance.

I had the most wonderful experience with Laurie today. At the time she was at the checkout. Having had hand surgery yesterday, she offered her assistance. Her sense of humour and mine regarding my injury really gelled. She also trouble shot for another customer who was new at using a coupon. Her smile, excellent customer service and her sense of humour made my day better. I would purposely seek her out the next time I visit.

I get the self checkout. But hand held scanners would nice so you don’t have to struggle with the heavier items. Cashiers don’t have to do why make customers

I rarely have an issue with this location, but unfortunately I had a poor experience this evening.nnWhile looking for a lipstick, we were repatedly approached by the beauty clerk despite saying we were okay without help.nnI was unaware that the makeup no longer had testers out at this location, and came across an opened lipstick, so I swatched the colour under the assumption it was a tester.nThe beauty clerk then loudly drew attention to it, informing us that it could no longer be sold - Entierly fair, though embarassing - but wouldn't allow me to explain, repeatedly interrupting loud enough to draw the attention of multiple staff and customers in other aisles.nnI admit I misunderstood and made a mistake, as already opened product was left on the shelf, but the way it was handled lacked subtlety and grace.
