I paid 95$ for a groupon detailed inside car cleaning with shampoo. 2 gals arrived 45 minutes late. I did receive a phone call stating they would be 20 minute late. My car was never shampooed; it was pat wet with hot water which was retrieved from my shower and kitchen in buckets. The middle console of the car was never wiped cleaned nor were the side of the seats vacuumed. The floor mats were left outside on the ground, dirty as you can see from the photos. This is by far, far from a detailed cleaning. What a joke. I contacted the company, sent photos, received no response. Not even an apology. Stay away!! Awful. This was not worth $95...
I have been using the services of JS Cleaning for over 20 years now. As a busy professional and real estate investor who needs a company like JS Cleaning to help with turning over rental units I could not be happier. They get back to me right away when I need to book them in for carpet cleaning, cleaning of units, and even car detailing. Their work is amazing and I have always been 100% satisfied. Every time they clean the carpets they literally look brand new ! If you want a company who cares about their customers, does great work and gets the job done sometimes with tight deadlines look no further. I would highly recommend them. We purchased our house 3 yrs ago and when we moved in, it looked liked it was professional cleaned so we never gave two thought to a few stains. We always vacuumed regularly and we finally decided that we needed to get it professionally cleaned. What an awesome job, even the stains that were at least 3 years old are gone. Couldn't believe it.
They were on time. Wonderful and kept me completely informed at all points. The job they did was amazing I have two small dogs and they were able to get all of the stains out. Would definitely use them again
We use JS cleaning at a few of our properties and they have always gone above and beyond with their cleaning services. We highly recommend JS cleaning!
