Centrepointe Dry Cleaners

If I could give negative ratings I would. Gave my Aritzia parka for dry cleaning and it was totally ruined. Now it fits my 4 year old niece except it is so damaged that the only place it can go is in the bin. They kept it, said they will look into it and I haven't heard anything in a month. Every time I call, they just stonewall me. I am appalled by their lack of accountability. I will probably have to shell out another $450 to replace a parka that I used for just one winter and took really good care of.

Alph was a pleasure to deal with. My fiancée’s wedding suit was cleaned very well and a big oil stain removed as if it had never been there. Will be coming back because of the great service.

Fast, friendly and affordable. I haven't taken anything super complicated, but they have done a great job on suit basics and my daughter's kilt. Reasonably priced too.

Worst place. Never ever give them your clothes. They destroyed my Canada goose and just gave me a printed Canada goose warranty.
