Have been here multiple times, and when they opened years ago, this place was awesome. Since then, this place has become horrible. The food, the service, everything is horrible. I saw one other comment that stated that they try to sit you in the back if you're disabled or overweight. I can attest to this, as I have personally seen this happen to people there, both overweight and disabled. They literally told a heavier couple that they preferred they didn't sit at a booth for fear they would break the chair. I'm sorry, that's just uncalled for. There is a discrete manner is which that should have been handled, and they embarrassed them. Additionally, we tried it again this Tuesday (hoping by some of the other reviews that they may have become better), and were with out disabled aunt. Alas, we were asked to sit in the back! Seriously?! We declined and were seated elsewhere. Food was cold at the buffet and did not taste fresh at all. Will NEVER be back. Horrible horrible horrible... both food and ownership. Shame on you!

I have been coming to Teppanyaki Grill for years and I have never been treated so badly. We we're in line to pay for food behind some handicapped individuals and waited for 10 minutes. I am not complaining about waiting I have 2 special needs children. Were close to the end of the lunch time. The cashier then told us we had to pay dinner prices because lunch ends soon. If you are here for lunch and lunch hours are posted then you should be charged lunch prices. When I asked to speak to a manager her said he was the manager but he wasn't. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau and will not be back. It is not our fault that we waited. I was never treated so rudely before.

Went here at 6:30 pm and the food was GROSS! Everything was old or hard as a rock. The Mac and cheese was left out for to long. So we asked for fresh stuff and the lady just poured water into it! I spent 65 dollars to take some of my friends out to dinner. Don't go here!

I like the decor here. The food is good too. The only reason I give a four star is because I have kids and they eat like tiny birds. They need a much lower price for kids.

This place is great! Amazing food and sushi bar, I come here often and the service is fast and friendly. If I could give them 6 stars I would!!
