I had a very disappointing 3 expensive haircuts at The Dye Lot on Lonsdale. The last haircut was the worst, and Jen at Techniks did an amazing job in correcting a very poor haircut, and she also did an amazing color which I love! Thank you for saving me Jen & Techniks!

Decided to switch to a North Vancouver Hair Salon from the hair dresser I was using in North Burnaby and I'm glad I did; the quality of staff and the overall customer experience was exceptional. The location is really convenient being just off of the Iron Workers bridge and the facility is clean, inviting and bright. The staff are exceptional as well, from the initial greeting, offering of a beverage and the conversation during my cut. Overall a great experience and one that I highly recommend.
