Zazou Salon & Academy is a progressive 2200 square foot personally designed environment that provides the North Shore with a downtown experience in its backyard. We have been recognized locally and nationally for our community and customer service and young talent. At Zazou we share a space with our Guests where they are truly welcomed. We’re progressive and trendy, where both Guests and the Team are supported, listened to, and valued. Zazou is your “go to” place for all your hair and skin care needs: Updo’s, downdo’s, haircuts, balayage, threading, hair extensions, make up… and a fantastic experience!

Natasha is always so knowledgeable and skilled. My hair is short and curly and she always knows what to do. And she loves being allowed free reign on my hair! From the minute I enter the salon I feel welcomed as the atmosphere is so friendly. Excellent staff, lovely environment and brilliant Natasha! xo

Always a pleasure. Everyone there is fantastic.From the lovely ladies who greet you to your personal stylists. Even watching the staff as they go about their day genuinely seem to love what they do.

Roxanne was absolutely superb. I am sorry for the delayed reply but better late than never. I utilized the voucher given to me from Delaney's Coffee Shop for a free wash and blow dry. It was to celebrate the salon's 25th anniversary. What a lovely gesture - really went a long way from a business standpoint. Roxanne was personable, friendly, warm and very skilled! I will absolutely be back as I loved what she did. The team at Zazou Salon was incredibly kind and made a lasting impression. All the best to you folks!

Had a great experience at your salon with Saghar! As a guy whose never had long hair before in his life, mine wasn't in very good condition and she really took the time and care to get it looking good. 10/10

DEVA is simply AMAZING!  Super talented, positive aura and just makes you feel so comfortable during your hair appointment.  She maybe a junior stylist but let me tell you she has major enhanced skills in hair and styling!  I super happy with her service and professionalism she exudes, job well done.  KUDOS!!!
