Great Clips

Such awful service. Argued about the fact that when she was free handing with the clipper she got way too close, I wasn't really upset until she wouldn't admit she made a mistake. Also I only came in because they had a promo on prepaid cards but they wouldn't let me use it on this hair cut. Even though it's a preloaded gift card.

Friendly and capable staff! Great place to get your haircut if you are in the go! Very reasonable prices!

very rude Asian lady answered the phone, my mom asked if they are open she said " you come find out for yourself". Another incident my mom went there and three women on break were sitting and chatting not caring she is there and were laughing at her. This location needs to work on customer service and manners.

I've been to this location with my young children approximately 5 times. I've never left satisfied with the cuts and the customer service is poor. The staff try to over ride my style selections and try to impose their opinions. On my last visit they told my 10 year old daughter that she was too old to wear long hair and that she should cut it short. She's very proud of her hair and she left the place almost in tears and doubting her own choice. I now visit other Great Clips with no problems.

Don't let the Vietnamese girl cut your hair-can't remember her name. She got snotty when I asked her to take more off. I had asked her to "take a good bit off." I was in and out in 10 minutes. Not impressed. Didn't take enough off the back. I've had a few comments from co-worker about the quality of the cut. All in all a butcher job. I'm really not that fussy about my hair, but with the speed and poor cut I couldn't help but feeling ripped off.
