Ok i give these guys one star cause honestly when I first visited this store I didn't have time to really look around like I like to when I find a shop that I really think is going too be great well I got to look at the products a bit and coul dnt wait to have a good look around and but some things that I really have been trying to do to my hair forever well I am really about to cry and i guess I should have just u tubed.it instead of going on what the chicks at the store said cause they just made me waste so much of my time I am so frustrated well number one i have been trying to get purple highlights in my hair forever and once again I spent four hours on my hair to not get what I wanted again....because they informed me wrong well my hair needs to be like grey and they just told me to use this bleach powder which didn't do shot it didn't turn my hair blonde so I went thru all that for nothing if you are going to sell this shot you better know how to tell your customers how to use it and now I have wasted more money more time and all because you don't have the knowledge that you need to work there I have more knowledge then you do!!!!!!

How have I not discovered this gem sooner?!? Sally Beauty is a treasure trove of hair & make-up goodies. The prices are good & the layout makes sense. I scored some great sunglasses & nail items to keep me happy until my next visit.

I had a hair coloring mishap in a salon (way too light and brassy) and like a stupid person I thought I would fix it myself because how hard could it be? After researching online what I need to do (semi-permanent color in an ash tone) I headed to Sally's and there were two female staff there and me and my friend were the only customers. I don't know why but I expected to be judged, like, oh, how much did that hackjob cost? What salon was that? Buy this expensive product and buy two of them you cheapass and sign up for the membership and what's your postal code. Nope none of that, they both looked at my hair and discussed the best options for me and then left me alone so I can like decide if I really want to go through with it or research how much it costs on amazon (I didn't do that) but they didn't hover and pressure me and try to sell some purple shampoo. I think their prices are higher than say Wal-Mart but the experience is worth the price differential.

Great customer service! Staff and the manager didn't mind my multiple questions and helped me pick out the products I would need. A+

Get the loyalty card. $5 for a year and it usually pays for itself on the first one or two purchases. No makeup testers, and the brands are sort of unusual, so buying some of the makeup is a roll of the dice.
