Worse Insurance Company to deal with in Canada. They make so many mistakes and keep changing their premiums for the higher even after they e mail send you a quote. Talking to Josh supervisor in Halifax NS working for TD Insurance you couldn’t get more incompetent. Perhaps first day on the job and he definitely does not care if you move your policies somewhere else. He actually said that!!!! I can’t be the first person to have had issues with them. What a terrible customer service experience to have had. TD Bank/ TD Insurance charges you more for everything and produces way less service wise…………..that should be there model. Not a happy soon to be ex customer.

I spoke to one of your team last week in regards to the absurdly drastic increase my policy took when changing from Primmum over to TD. My policy went up from $2200/yr to $3500/yr for my daughter & I to be covered (Daughter - G2 – Occasional driver). I advised him that I have spoken to 3 separate brokers that handle several different insurance companies & all 3 of them have quoted me $1600 or LESS per year for my daughter & I. How do you justify charging MORE THAN DOUBLE than SEVERAL other insurance companies? He understands why I would like to cancel my policy but assured me there was nothing he could do on his end. When I spoke to him it was 3 business days past my renewal date & again he assures me there is nothing he could do about reducing the buyout (penalty pymt) plan either? For the love of God please have mercy on the little people & stop trying to take advantage of us. I am separated with 3 kids & cannot afford to be so blatantly taken advantage of by someone I should be able to trust

AVOID. AT ALL COSTS.....The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Different answers to the same questions from different people. They do not care in the least about your interests. Next to impossible to communicate with. Extreme lack of knowledge pertaining to their industry. As you can see by their overall rating on many review sites, am I not alone in my judgement. You get the idea. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your valuable time on this company.

Do not bother with TD vehicle insurnace, you are inelegible for month to month payments unless you have a perfect credit rating. I have never missed a payment on my insurance or vehicles. I have a great credit score but still do not qualify to pay my bill monthly? It baffles my mind why they would turn away sure money.

Incredible customer service here the two times I had to go in relation to auto claims. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They always go above and beyond. Thank you!
