We have been an Allstate customer for 10 years and have coverage for 2 vehicles and our home. We have not made any claims for anything related to our home but have had 2 claims against our vehicle insurance. There were no issues arising from resolving the vehicle claims. The staff have been helpful over the years, explaining fluctuations in rates, making adjustments to premiums, and are offered options to reduce premiums to adjust our coverage to fit our needs. I strongly recommend Allstate.

Staff are so rude here. Very unreasonable. High rates compared to competitors. Not a good experience. Customer is made to feel expendable. I would recommend any other provider before them.
