TD Canada Trust

I've never had a bad experience at this branch.. until today. I was not impressed with the girl who helped me. She never smiled once, never asked how my day was.. and even though I put on my credit card and confirmed the pin, she took my card to "be sure"... as though I was a criminalittle. All I wanted was a debit card since I misplaced mine. She even had much ID. Not impressed.. I've had a few issues with TD recently.. so I think I'll just be switching banks.

Was never so disgusted with the way I was treated by a teller today. Beyond rude,disrespectful....She treated me like I was a criminal asking for ID for a mortgage payment...ridiculous...my mortgage is up soon...bye bye TD....you really need to do something with your tellers and the employee that's responsible for them...because SOMEBODY is not doing their job!

90% of the time I come here it's quiet and I'm usually in and out within half an hour. Everyone I've talked to here has also been friendly and helpful. They're just doing their jobs and I have never understood why people get so upset over something the banker has no control over. Keep up the good work guys c:

They Never EVER answer the phone. rediculous.

They never answer the phone ever. People should not have to drive there just to ask a question.
