CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM only)

I was called out of the blue one day to come in and talk to someone about my banking. So i did, sure saved me a few dollars. However the rep i dealt with did not seem to know what she was doing. Most other times i talked with the bank i was given options, advice etc etc. It seemed she was doing it only because it was part of her job and she just wanted ot get it over and done with. Was not impressed with the customer service at all. Not helpful beyond simply making a minor adjustment i could have done online. Why go in for a appt for 30 seconds for something they could have done over the phone. Either she does not enjoy her job or did not know how to do it properly. Or just didnt want to that day for whatever reason.

Everyone I come to this branch the "tellers" stand over your shoulder, asking if you need help, while you try and use the ATM. Hello, piss off. If I need help I can walk 10 feet and all you for some.

Ogem at west side CIBC is the best person ever for being helpful, friendly and efficient and a credit to your bank.

Horrible experience, they deleted my student status last visit with an address change and expect me to go around and collect all the paper work again to prove to them i'm a student still. Look back in your history not even a week ago and you will see everything.
