"Serve us" - an aptly named institution. If you wish to grow your savings, do not bank here. They will nickel and dime you to death. They say "think outside the bank" but are worse than the mainstream ones. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, but seem to come and go so you never talk to the same person twice. Never have been happy with this bank - closed my account.
