I have been at this Bank since end of May 2016. I had urgent situations and the staff literally bent over backwards to help me! I really despise their radio, which disturbs my concentration, but the nice and very helpful lady at the customer counter immediately lowers the volume when asked politely. No word of a lie, even the Bank Manager dropped everything a few days ago to help me out. Just to set the record straight I am nobody important nor with alot of money in my account but still all the staff has made me feel like I was rich and important! God Bless and Thank You!!

always takes 30 min to 1 hr,. doesn't matter what time you go. never recommend this branch. always new staff, in training...

Very few tellers. People seem to use tellers for any banking not just deposits or withdrawals. One person can spend 5 to 10 minutes at one teller while 5 more customers walk in. Many frustrated customers on a Saturday.

Every time I visit there I have to wait in a long waiting line. Why don't you make seats and automatic number system like SNB or Macdonald.
