If there would be an option to give 0 stars I would definitely give that. Worst experience I ever have with any customer service. Unprofessional people. I have a loan going with them and my loan was not showing up on my online banking. After reaching out to them, I came to know that they accidentally made another profile under the same name. It took me a couple hours over this branch to get this sorted out and they told me its gonna take a week to fix it. After a month, I went there again as the issue was not fixed. I have to explain them the whole situation again and again they told me that its gonna be fixed in a week or so. Now after a month again, the issue has not been solved and I dont know whats going on. Its very frustrating and I really don't know what to say to these people. Very disapppointed.

Went this morning for a wire transfer need which would’ve taken 7 days but the teller gave me better solution n helped me make it happen in a day, she was very polite!

This branch of the Scotia is irresponsible with their stakeholder, does not share the risk when their customer has problem with the scam. The manager of the banks is dealing with vulnerable customer with careless, just protect themselves and ignore their customer's concern.

Until recently, if you had a business deposit you were able to go to any teller to conduct business, however you now must wait in a special line to wait to make a deposit. So, you’re standing there around waiting while 3 tellers are doing nothing. Why is our time not as valuable as other people going in for personal banking? HIGHLY disappointing customer service.

The worst bank I ever dealt with. So unorganized and don’t have a clue what they are doing. I will never deal with them and recommend everyone to not deal with them and if you have dealing with them now, to withdraw everything and get away now.

This is the worse bank I ever had to deal with. They are completely incompetent when it comes to getting something done by phone. I am unable to physically go to the bank but needed changes made to my account almost a year ago. I was told by three different people up to and including "the office of the president" ?? and still , it hasn't been done and they will not return a call when I left messages. Bizarre!

Went to this branch to save time never again my savings account was screwed up for 2 weeks thankfully my own scotia branch fixed it.

Long wait in line

0/10 would never recommend! Stole monies from my account over the christmas season.

I don't have time to write about the incompetence of the bank manager.
