Went in yesterday for some account help and need to operate locker which was urgent. I was there at 3.30 and the branch closing times were 4 pm. But unfortunately all doors were locked so i had to return back. I didnt like the service at all TD.

Had a wonderful experience with the bank associate on duty for the day answering calls at the branch - Josh. I called and had 2 issues that were frustrating and he quickly was able to look into both and provide reasonable explanations and suggestions. Thank you for your hard work and compassion today Josh.

Many of the staff are courteous and helpful. This branch could benefit from better management.
