My first experience yesterday was not a positive one and teller was not very personable at all but, today I went in and was lucky enough to have Yaseen and his customer service was top notch. He went above and beyond and had a great sense of humor. Have a great time in Arizona!

Paramjit Was very helpfull. Needed to a credit card for my mother and she went above and beyond to assist us in that. Also great interaction with her

I have been to this branch numerous times only because of location. The service is extremely poor. Always a long lineup and the staff doesn’t care to work effectively. Today I went to put a cheque into a business account only to find out the cheque was put on hold without being told . Now I can’t pay any bills or work as my account is on hold for 10 days . I called and there was no manager to assist and told to call back after the weekend on Tuesday ? This place is ridiculous. I have actually walked out and went to another TD bank after this has already happened . I will be calling cooperate . TD can pay for my staff and I to sit at home for 10 days , NSF’s for holding a bank draft cheque that is safe . This branch needs to close .

Worst security bank on the world.nMe and my family need to call them every month because somebody took the money from our accounts.
