RBC Royal Bank

They’re choosy with who gets a smile and good customer service. I have a business and personal account with RBC. I’ve been banking with RBC for a very long time and rarely need to go in to the branch. However when I have to go to this particular branch, it’s like I’m the one trying to establish a client relationship. This is why technology is replacing tellers, cashiers etc. People refer to deal with a machine vs a person. Old school customer service is a thing of the past. Today I also received a call from RBC credit card fraud department because apparently I was charged 3 times by the same merchant. The man on the phone was in such a rush, I barely had time to address any of my OWN concerns. RBC head office should start emailing a survey so we can rate our experience like Bell Canada. Maybe that will be more effective

The tellers are nice. Lines at times but can't really expect much from a small branch like this. Downside is if you work 9-5 Monday to Wednesdays. Don't bother going to this location.

The ladies at the reception desk where all amazing and so frendly got everything i needed very quickly. Also there is tons of free parking a plus
