CIBC Branch & ATM

Closest branch, nice people don't see why so many bad responses. I stop here every time I need banking and it works 5 star for me. Thanks

Not a review of a location, but the bank itself. They randomly put holds on my paychecks for no reason, make me wait on hold for more than half an hour EVERY time I call, and when they answer, whatever system they need to use to help you is usually down. Worst bank in Canada.

Terrible communication, misleading and unhelpful. Went to them for a mortgage and with a 30 day conditional contract I believe they forgot to send an appraiser out. Was also lead to believe the appraisal would consider elements of the property which did not end up being true. Thank you for wasting 3 weeks of my time, the sellers time and money wasted on inspections.

Not sure how much more staff people would want for a small branch, I just moved here from downtown Toronto, and in Toronto you wait a LONG time with many people in front of you.....and maybe 4 staff at most! I don't think I have ever had more than 4 people in front of me at this branch- service is very good :-)

You know what's really inconvenient? When you try to deposit an envelope of money ONLY to find out you can't. Not at the drive thru and not inside. Thanks CIBC for wasting my time.
