I’ve been a long-time client of CIBC, but my recent experiences at this branch have been quite disappointing. There are consistently long lineups, and usually only one staff member available to assist clients. Even with a scheduled appointment, I’ve had to wait around 30 minutes before being seen.nnWhile I understand that the bank is shifting to a new service model with fewer tellers, this change doesn’t seem to be working well in practice. The overall efficiency and customer experience have noticeably declined. It’s frustrating to visit a large, well-equipped branch only to spend 30 minutes waiting, whether you have an appointment or not.nnI truly hope CIBC reconsiders how service is delivered at this location. Customers value their time and deserve timely, reliable support—especially from a major bank.

My 5 stars is specifically for Ros Carter that works at this location. I went to open new account. Ros collected all required information well in advance. On the day of appointment I just had to sign the papers. She helped activating card. Setting up pin etc and that's all. Very efficient lady. Thank you Ros.nNot so welcoming response at the front desk/reception. However, Ros covered up well.

I went to this branch and had to wait about 25 minutes for my turn, even though there was no queue. There were only one customers sitting, but the agent was busy chatting with them instead of finishing their process and attending to the next customer.
