What happened to being open on Sundays? Very inconvenient. What happened to “banking being comfortable”? More fees and less services. Disappointing

Me and my husband were at this brunch on 2993 wastoak Trails Blvd on October the 11th then we meet a very friendly person his name is Hudhayfah khan personal Banking Associate we were very pleased to talk to him about our business matters he helped us with everything we are appreciate his help we have thank him again for his great service and we would like him to keep up with his excellent service thank you again Mr Hudhayfah khan good job we were very proud to meet him Hi we were at DT brunch again today we meet Mr Hudhayfah khan we are so proud to have a very young man like him he give us a very good advise we have to thank him again great job Mr Hudhayfah khan thank form Mr and Mrs Popal Oct 17 2022

I am going to this place for over 12 years this use to be my favorite TD branch but now wish I can give them even lower rating they deserve -10. They changed all the staff and Manager now it's the worst TD branch to go to. Manager and assistant manager is the worst.

I had a very pleasant experience at this branch, Melissa was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and had recommended an efficient solution to my cross border method of USD transfer. We need more people like Melissa at other TD branches, although I live quite far away I would definitely visit this branch again if I’m in the area!

Bad service wating 20 minutes for the counter And after that nothing i want a morgue statement no one can do And i want change the cheque she sad no cash for this amount

I visited this branch once and will never be returning. I dealt with the financial advisor named Mirela. This employee seems incapable of apologizing for her mistakes. When I brought up a mistake she had made with my account, she ghosted me. I contacted TD customer care instead to resolve the issue.

always quick friendly service. I drive out of my way just for this location and will continue to do so. By far the best branch because of the hassle free service and knowledgeable staff, it's what keeps us loyal to TD. Keep up the great work.

I came here to deposit money and grab a money order. Jo-Anne Bassin helped me; I forgot the name of the place I needed to give the money order to and Jo-Anne went above and beyond! She found the number and called the establishment to find out the name and place it on the money order. That is amazing customer service; every company needs a someone like her!

One of the WORST branches out there my issue was completely unrelated to finances. I have been loyal to TD almost my entire life and cannot believe I now have to leave over something so petty. I will not support TD any longer. It's because of THIS location and the HORROR of the employees and branch manager Brian Wood, that I'm leaving, never looking bad and never...EVER recommending. If you ever come in contact with customer relations Manbir Mann, know he's just as bad. Nothing but a bunch of money hungry pigs "just doing their jobs" and rehearsing their lines. Working for everyone BUT you. Although it's likely not much better, I'm moving to RBC. I'm hoping I'll at least get treated like a real human being....by a real human being!

I love the drive in feature, also the coin counter machine I do a dump about every 6-12 months which is nice. I always find lots of parking and the staff super helpful!
