On behalf of my husband and mine I would like to leave a comment about the Third Line & Speers Rd Branch NOT Scotiabank customer service phone line which leaves much to be desired.nnAlthough we have been with Scotiabank for thirty years, we moved to the Third Line branch three years ago and our experience has been so far very positive. The staff is always professional, attentive and polite. Both in direct contact and through email, the feedback is timely and specific. As it happens, we usually are being assisted by Maria and Tyler who are always friendly and efficient. It is hard not to notice they have a good rapport with other customers as well. We also appreciate advice and assistance we have received from Syed.nnThanks to all. Keep on doing a great job.nnMirka & Andrew

Hi Banking is a client service industry and Tyler Green at Third Line Oakville Ontario branch understand this. He knows every clients name and greets them by their name when they visit. He is always energetic, there to help in anything you need and knowledgeable in his work. I have been to this branch number of time last month for wire transfer. I noticed in my all visits clients leaving out with slight smile because of Tyler. My wire transfer experience was not a pleasant because of not up to date Scotia Bank internal processes but the entire team Sandra, Ruchi and branch manager Maria were there to assist. I would recommend thirdline branch for their team.

I just visited this Branch today , Aman Khalid helped me out . This Branch is pretty decent and better than other scotia branched . They helped me in every manner so far .

No integrity what so ever . Advisors asking me for jobs as they said they not happy with bank job . Other advisor asking to lend money to them . These people are playing with other people lives . Have complained to head office no action taken . I can upload the conversations of the advisors if they want me too have all the proof . Branch manager just sweet talk have no passion in the job .

Not happy with the service from advisor Elizabeth at this branch. I mainly do my banking with another bank but I have a checking account with Scotia and I came to build a relationship at Scotia starting with applying for a new credit card.nnThe teller told me I can't sit down with an advisor until I bring a pay stub for application which was okay but I said I had questions about the credit card and if I can still sit with someone.nnThen Elizabeth came out and avoided having me come sit with her to answer my question and instead gave me a brochure and told me that I can find the credit card information online- I didn't come to the branch to be told that I should use the website. It felt like I wasn't worth her time and that was a shame.
